What does it takes to get me drunk?

I…. “run an experiment” today (yesterday?) to figure that one out, and the result is:

  • 2 wine glasses
  • 1 white Russian
  • 1 double bourbon
  • 6 long island iced tea
  • (probably) 1 bear (no urisdae drinking!) beer

The way to get me drunk is Long Island Iced Tea. Up until the 6th drink, I am perfectly coherent (at least I seems to be as far as I can tell), it is with the 6th that things starts to fall over rapidly, including memory loss about an hour after the last drink.

That list isn’t enough to give me hangover, though. I am still experimenting with that, but I think that mixing some blue drinks along the way would do the trick.

I sincerely hope the last item is typo and beer is what was meant... I can't wrap my head around the idea of drinking a dear... Are you a vampire or what?

What you should do is test your alcohol consumption by the average level of your voice in decibels. I think you were pretty drunk before you drank the bear. Poor Polar Bear, he didn't even see it coming.

You didn't drink much up until the long islands. They are often underestimated and 6 are plenty.

Apart from that, aren't you too old to be experimenting with alcohol?

I had six long island ice teas once - 'twas a night that I don't remember at all.

Never had a bear though...

I was trying to lose forward memory for the flight home. I don't like flying, and that was a good way of making sure it would be tolerable.

I would consider the official time being the minute you thought to write this blog. It sounds like a pretty "drunk" thing to do. :)

P.S. Triple-check any commits you might have made (and forgotten) over the last 24 hours since you fly with your laptop.

6 long islands in 1 hr. Yes, 1 every 10 minutes. Yes, it is a horrible idea. Yes, I did this once. No, I won't do it again, but I'll watch as you try and DO get drunk.
