Larry Lessig: How creativity is being strangled by the law

I just watched this, and I am impressed. More than the content of the talk itself, it is the delivery of this talk that is really impressive.

This is not a talk, this is a show, and Larry is a talented actor.

I just watched the TED presentation and then I watched the presentation suggested by Morten. Dick Hardt credits Lawrence Lessig with the presentation style but I was introduced to this as the Takahashi method from a presentation by Matt Scilipoti on Agile at a local code camp. I believe Takahashi is an ruby developer that gave this style of presentation by accident because he did not have any presentation software available.

I will be giving a presentation in this style next week at an industry user group conference and I'm curious to receive feedback. The audience will be health care professionals on s/w related topic.
