Both of those use livewriter as the editor.  (I wrote hydrogen, but still havent checked in the changes to update ot to asp.net mvc 1.0, so BlogEngine is probably the better choice.)

Except it does it with a customized version of CKEditor in the browser, so no install, no platform ties. And no wiki syntax, no xml, all is stored as XHTML behind the scenes. Etc.
