People wants to be able to use that with their app. And deploy that.
  
The problem is that then you run into licensing and redistribution issues.
  
Instead of getting paid a redistribution fee, I documented how to do this without using any of NH Prof code, hence no redistribution fee.

You still need to buy Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows etc. You should go linux/mac(exception) with ruby/python/java etc. I love your work though.
