The grey on green looks a bit depressing. I would add a little more brightness to the UI - perhaps on the selected elements in particular.
Wow. This looks much better than the previous ones I've seen. It is a bit dark - but I guess I'm already used to that from VS 2010.
I thikn the color scheme is handsome.

The text 'Profiler' is 1 pixel too high, it should move 1 pixel down.
