Don't use your email account for testing

I just opened outlook to look at this:

This is my work mail, and I keep it clean, even if I can no longer keep up with the flood of (non spam, good content) mails on my personal mail account. Some process has failed and it is dutifully notifying me about it. The really sad part is this:

I am going to get up tomorrow for a full mailbox...

At least your Job only notified you every ~6 minutes...

Personally, I think your own e-mail address is perfect for testing. Just add a special prefix to your subject line, like "[XXDEBUGXX]". Then in Outlook you can very easily set up a rule in your Rules Wizard so that e-mails with that subject will be redirected to a "Debug Log" folder.
